Theme: Thriving in the Digital Age: AI, Education and Wellbeing for a Resilient Ireland
This year’s HECA Research Conference brings together research across AI, digital innovation, education, wellbeing, sustainability, policy, industry practice and organisational futures. The diversity of work reflects the strength of HECA research in action. Together we will explore how evidence, research and reflection can support Ireland to respond to opportunity, challenge and change within this next phase of digital transformation.
The programme includes the presentation of the HECA Student Research Awards recognising excellence in student research, a keynote session by Dr Tom Farrelly focusing on the lived value of research and how applied enquiry can meaningfully improve real world practice in Ireland, and a panel discussion bringing together national policy, sector leadership, industry and student voice on building a coherent, future ready research identity for HECA higher education institutions.
